Your Responsibilities
- Guide and mentor a team of QA engineers.
- Act as a key advocate for early validation and shift-left testing methodologies.
- Drive test automation initiatives to reduce reliance on manual testing methods.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering leadership to enhance testing approaches.
- Develop comprehensive test strategies ensuring both functional and non-functional coverage.
- Perform in-depth root-cause analysis and implement effective preventive testing strategies.
- Monitor quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) proactively.
- Create and manage automated tests to enhance coverage and reliability when needed.
- Engage with End-to-End (E2E) and API automation frameworks, partnering with the SDET team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in devising and implementing Quality Assurance and test design strategies.
- Proficiency in various test automation frameworks such as Playwright, Detox, and Selenium.
- Demonstrated leadership in formulating and implementing quality protocols throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Prior experience in leading and guiding a QA team (consisting of at least 3 members).
- Strong software development skills.
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities across different functions.
- Fluency in English
- Possession of ISTQB certification and prior experience in blockchain product testing is advantageous.
