QA Test Lead
We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead and guide a team of QA engineers in our innovative and revolutionary company. Your mission will involve championing test automation, collaborating with Product and Engineering managers to enhance testing practices, and implementing shift-left testing strategies.

As a leader in our company, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive test plans, conducting root-cause analysis, and designing automated tests to ensure maximum coverage and reliability.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and mentoring a team of QA engineers.
- Promoting test automation and reducing reliance on manual testing methods.
- Collaborating with Product and Engineering managers to integrate best testing practices.
- Advancing shift-left testing strategies for timely defect detection.
- Creating detailed test plans with broad functional and non-functional coverage.
- Performing root-cause analysis and establishing preventive test strategies.
- Developing and maintaining automated tests to enhance coverage and reliability.
- Working with E2E and API automation frameworks in partnership with the SDET team.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in implementing Quality Assurance and test design strategies.
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks like Playwright, Detox, and Selenium.
- Track record of defining and executing quality processes across Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience in leading and guiding a QA team of more than 3 members.
- Strong software development skills.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities.
- Fluency in English.
- ISTQB certification & Experience in blockchain product testing are advantageous.
