They are currently seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to become part of their team. In this role, you will have the chance to contribute to exciting new projects and your daily tasks will involve:

Responsibilities:

• Engaging in all phases of the software development life cycle, from requirements gathering to design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Demonstrating strong technical expertise to deliver high-quality production code.
• Collaborating with the Quant research team to enhance trading models effectively.
• Working with the trading and operations team to develop new trading products and enhance existing ones.
• Enhancing trading system infrastructure to support large-scale positions and orders.
• Implementing and refining risk management tools.
• Identifying system bottlenecks and bugs and implementing solutions.
• Assisting in mentoring junior developers and conducting design and code reviews.
• Being available during flexible hours to address urgent production needs.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of project life cycle management experience for large-scale projects in React (frontend) and Java (backend).
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent grasp of software design, architecture, development, and integration.
• Proficiency in programming languages like JavaScript, TypeScript, and Java.
• Solid knowledge of event processing models, enterprise integration patterns, web services, and REST.
• Familiarity with backend technologies such as Spring, MySQL, and Cloud.
• Experience with frontend frameworks like AG Grid, Next.js, icejs would be advantageous.
• Preferred experience in high availability, high throughput, low latency systems.
• Experience with algorithmic trading systems, investment banks, hedge funds, trading firms, or brokerages would be a plus.
• Educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields is advantageous.
