Reach-out Specialist (Crypto and Blockchain)

Seedify, a prominent Web3 incubator and launchpad, is seeking a skilled individual to fill the role of Reach-Out Specialist. The primary focus of this role is to drive project onboarding and facilitate the growth of the ecosystem.

Language Requirements:

• Proficient in written and spoken English, with the ability to adapt tone, clarity, and intent for various formats and audiences.
• Capacity to create well-structured, authentic messages that resonate with recipients.
• A background in writing, communication, or content creation is beneficial but not mandatory.

Role:

As a Reach-Out Specialist, you will be responsible for initiating contact with project founders, business development teams, and stakeholders within the blockchain industry. Key duties include identifying promising projects and maintaining communication with the crypto community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with innovative projects and founders within emerging crypto sectors.
• Establish rapport with ecosystem stakeholders by crafting engaging outreach messages.
• Monitor outreach activities and track communication for internal transparency.
• Collaborate with Market Research and Strategy teams to align outreach strategies with research themes.
• Facilitate relationship-building efforts and transition leads to internal pipelines.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and nuance.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts into engaging messages.
• Minimum of 6 months of exposure to crypto markets, ecosystems, or communities.
• In-depth understanding of emerging crypto technologies and changing trends.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable with remote teamwork.

• Experience in outreach, communications, or community-building roles.
• Proficiency in writing, editorial tasks, or user research.
