Region Director - Account Management, Growth
We are in need of a driven and customer-focused Region Director of Account Management to oversee and develop our VIP Account Management division in the UK & Europe region. You will lead a team of Account Managers who will deliver personalized service to our most valuable Main App clients. Your goal is to establish strong client relationships to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
The successful candidate will possess a growth-oriented mindset, strong client relationship skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse clients and teams across different cultures.
Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Development
- Establish and expand a high-performing team of Account Managers focused on managing high-value clients of the Main App.
- Implement best practices, processes, and performance indicators to ensure exceptional client service.
- Provide guidance and support to Account Managers, equipping them with necessary skills and information to strengthen client relationships.
Client Management & Business Growth
- Develop and execute regional strategies to maximize revenue, retention, trading activity, and assets under management.
- Secure top-tier client satisfaction through proactive engagement and personalized support.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to enhance product and service usage among high-value clients.
- Create robust referral networks to drive business growth through existing clients.
Regional Strategy & Market Execution
- Act as the main regional representative, aligning business strategies with market trends and client requirements.
- Acquire in-depth market insights and competitor information to identify expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to champion customer needs and advocate for market-driven improvements.
Data-Driven Performance Management
- Monitor and optimize trading volume, client engagement metrics, and assets under management.
- Analyze account performance data to detect trends, opportunities, and areas for enhancement.
- Take ownership of regional business performance, establishing and achieving challenging performance objectives.
Requirements:
- At least 8 years of experience in account management, sales, or client relationship management, preferably in sectors like cryptocurrency, sports betting/iGaming, trading, fintech, or financial services.
- Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing teams, with a proven ability to recruit, mentor, and empower team members.
- Strong customer relationship management skills, with a history of effectively managing high-net-worth clients.
- Proficient analytical skills, utilizing data to inform strategies and drive performance enhancements.
- Awareness of multicultural dynamics and regional insights; language abilities and cultural awareness will be essential based on the assigned region.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- Preferably, deep knowledge of cryptocurrency trading, market dynamics, and retail trading behaviors.
