We are seeking a professional to fill the role of Regional Growth Manager for CIS region, responsible for spearheading growth initiatives in a vital market area for Binance. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on marketer with a data-centric approach, adept at blending user acquisition, lifecycle management, and reactivation campaigns with innovative growth strategies. Responsibilities
- Drive user growth and reactivation via localized initiatives and experiments.
- Initiate and enhance acquisition and activation campaigns guided by data and business objectives.
- Spot growth prospects through A/B testing, product trials, and continual enhancements.
- Keep track of key growth metrics, evaluate performance, and translate insights into actionable steps.
- Collaborate cross-departmentally with Product, CRM, Paid Ads, Content, and other teams to roll out growth projects.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Growth, Performance, Digital Marketing, Product Growth, or a related field (preference for backgrounds in crypto, fintech, tech, e-commerce, or mobile apps).
- Demonstrable track record of executing end-to-end growth campaigns that yield measurable business results.
- Proficient in analytics with a strong capability to leverage data for decision-making.
- Strong sense of ownership with the capacity to work independently in a dynamic setting.
- Proficiency in conducting experiments, A/B testing, and optimizing campaigns.
- Fluent in Ukrainian, with proficient English and Russian communication skills.
