We are seeking a motivated and experienced regional financial institution sales representative to join our team and drive business acquisition with institutional clients, particularly within the stablecoins sector in the digital asset industry.
Technical Skills:
- Relevant experience in financial services industry in areas like banking, payment services, or clearing networks.
- Profound technical knowledge and keen interest in stablecoins and banking, with some exposure to blockchain and cryptocurrencies being advantageous.
- Employ analytical and problem-solving skills to leverage the Anchorage platform, address client issues creatively, and showcase the company's value proposition effectively.
- Originate and close deals pertinent to stablecoins while cross-selling other business lines such as regulated custody, staking, brokerage, etc.
- Negotiate and structure customized, multi-product commercial agreements catering to diverse client needs.
Complexity and Impact of Work:
- Lead the sales efforts in your region, driving the acquisition of stablecoin mandates across varying business lines and client categories.
- Exercise judgment to assess deals effectively, propose optimal solutions, and manage the deal lifecycle autonomously with a focus on revenue generation.
- Identify new opportunities independently, maintain a strong pipeline, and act as the regional expert in dealings with clients.
- Collaborate across internal departments to ensure successful deal closures and enhance client experience.
- Develop targeted strategies in collaboration with senior management to maximize revenue outcomes.
Organizational Knowledge:
- Provide vital market insights and client intelligence to inform product development and business strategy.
- Align company priorities with client segments and product offerings, identifying revenue-generating opportunities that support organizational goals.
- Collaborate closely with the Stablecoin product team to relay client feedback and advocate for regional client needs.
Communication and Influence:
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and sales proficiency.
- Flaunt proficiency in English and regional languages.
- Present Anchorage Digital's value proposition convincingly to key stakeholders.
- Build and nurture relationships with internal and external partners ensuring team success.
Bonus Points:
- 8+ years of experience in B2B institutional sales or relationship management, preferably in financial services or digital assets, with a strong deal-closing track record.
- Possess a well-established network of institutional financial clients.
- Prior experience working with banks and financial institutions is a plus.
