Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead the site mining operations team to ensure operational excellence and compliance with Service Level Agreements.
- Recruit, train, manage, and develop a skilled Site Operations team, offering guidance and feedback to facilitate their professional growth.
- Manage asset Lifecycle across the Data Center.
- Maintain operational budget expectations.
- Implement safety training protocols and enforce compliance with safety measures.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Emergency Operation Procedures (EOPs).
- Support product automation integration with the Product Development Team.
- Enforce performance metrics across all Data Center facets.
- Ensure timely and precise equipment repairs.
- Provide comprehensive training for employees in executing their job responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in cryptocurrency mining and infrastructure.
- Experience in project management.
- Knowledge in Network, Electrical, Mechanical, and building systems.
- Familiarity with Web-Based Programs, Excel, and Word Processing.
- Minimum of 3 years in the technology field.
- Previous management experience.
