Responsibilities:

• Act as a key strategic advisor to OKX senior management, focusing on overseeing operations in Eastern Europe and the Balkans and contributing to business expansion efforts.
• Collaborate with international teams to enhance brand awareness and gain market share locally by implementing strategic initiatives.
• Establish local on-ramps and cultivate relationships with regional banking institutions to facilitate customer access to the OKX platform.
• Utilize data analytics to drive trading user objectives by making informed data-driven decisions.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration across departments like compliance, legal, and government relations to streamline regional business operations.
• Engage in building new partnerships and participate in local community initiatives to strengthen OKX's presence in the digital asset ecosystem.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in leading operations and marketing, with a strong grasp of growth techniques and a background of managing high-performing teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, particularly in English.
• Ability to inspire and motivate teams, as well as external stakeholders like partners and investors.
• Strong interpersonal abilities, driven by an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Genuine passion for the crypto and digital asset sector.
