Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborating closely with senior management in overseeing operations within Eastern Europe and the Balkans to drive business expansion
- Implementing strategic initiatives to elevate brand awareness and increase market share locally, in alignment with global teams
- Establishing local partnerships with banking institutions to facilitate platform access for regional customers
- Utilizing data analytics to inform decision-making and meet targets related to trading users
- Fostering collaboration across functions such as compliance, legal, and government relations to support regional business operations
- Cultivating new relationships and community partnerships to strengthen our presence in the digital asset ecosystem
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in leading operational and marketing activities, with a focus on growth strategies and managing high-performance teams
- Excellent communication skills, especially in English
- Ability to inspire and engage internal teams, partners, and investors
- Strong interpersonal skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
- A keen interest in crypto and digital assets

- Previous experience in a crypto-related company
