Responsibilities:
- Act as a key collaborator with senior management, overseeing operations in Eastern Europe and Balkans to support business expansion.
- Coordinate with global teams to enhance brand visibility and increase market share locally.
- Establish strategic partnerships with local banks to facilitate regional customer access to our platform.
- Work closely with data analytics teams to implement data-driven decisions for achieving trading user goals.
- Encourage cross-functional teamwork among compliance, legal, and government relations departments to drive regional operations effectively.
- Develop new partnerships and engage in local community initiatives to build a robust presence in the digital asset ecosystem.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading operations and marketing, demonstrating a strong grasp of growth strategies and team leadership skills.
- Excellent English communication abilities to engage with team members, partners, and stakeholders effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to motivate individuals and external parties.
- Mindset geared toward entrepreneurship and a genuine passion for cryptocurrency and digital assets.

- Background in the cryptocurrency industry.
