ROLE PURPOSE
As the Regional Product Manager - North America, you will play a crucial role in translating complex business requirements into valuable solutions. You will be instrumental in ensuring that our products not only meet but anticipate evolving client and market needs. Acting as a bridge between strategic vision, execution, and customer success, you will focus on driving adoption, optimization, and innovation throughout the region.
Initially, your main focus will be on shaping strategy and outcomes for one of our key post-trade solutions. However, there is room for growth as the scope of your role may expand to address changing client demands. This expansion presents an opportunity to influence a broader range of products and influence the future of our middle office offerings in North America.
Collaborating closely with senior leaders in business, operations, and technology, you will guarantee that our solutions deliver reliability, adhere to regulations, and maintain operational excellence. Simultaneously, you will gather market insights, advocate for user requirements, and prioritize a roadmap that enhances trade processing, risk management, and client service. Ultimately, your role is essential in ensuring that our products address real challenges, yield concrete results, and provide long-term value to our North American clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Strategy & Leadership: Establish the product vision for North America, align regional strategy with global objectives, and ensure that the product roadmap addresses client needs and market trends.
Stakeholder Communication & Influence: Engage with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally, to articulate the needs of the North American market. Serve as the voice of the region in global product governance while aligning priorities to maximize client and business value.
Market & Client Insight: Develop a deep understanding of the regional market, client base, and regulatory landscape. Use this knowledge to forecast client requirements, shape global strategy, and ensure the suitability of solutions for the North American market while retaining scalability across regions.
Risk & Escalation Management: Anticipate and mitigate risks for North American clients, escalating issues as needed. Navigate trade-offs to maintain product progress towards strategic goals while upholding client trust and business integrity.
Execution & Delivery Oversight: Collaborate with technology and operations teams to define, prioritize, and deliver regional product requirements. Work closely with regional global delivery management teams to ensure commitments are fulfilled and client value is realized.
Quality Assurance & Client Success: Ensure that products meet the expectations of North American clients with a focus on reliability, regulatory compliance, and long-term client satisfaction. Promote adoption and user success throughout the client base.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Identify opportunities to streamline internal processes, enhance delivery outcomes, and drive innovation that proactively addresses future client challenges and market shifts.
People & Thought Leadership: Serve as a role model for product management excellence, guiding teams and representing the organization as a respected thought leader on middle office and post-trade solutions.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Possess a minimum of 12 years of relevant industry experience.
- Strong comprehension of trade lifecycle, post-trade operations, and relevant regulatory requirements in North America.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex client scenarios.
- Proven track record in defining and communicating product strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
- Capability to collaborate effectively with global technology and business teams to achieve desired outcomes.
- Experience representing a wider team within a specific region.
Expected Salary Range: $155,000 - $165,000 per year
