Your Mission
Your role as a Relationship Manager with our Bitpanda Wealth division involves leveraging your extensive network in Germany and Austria to cultivate and nurture long-term, trust-based relationships with institutional and high net-worth clients, external asset managers, family offices, and private clients. By offering exceptional support services, you will address the unique needs and expectations of clients while ensuring their satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain enduring relationships with potential clients across various segments, including institutional entities, high net-worth individuals, external asset managers & family offices, and private clients.
- Provide personalized support services to cater to clients' requirements, gather feedback, and utilize market insights to enhance service offerings.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities for upselling and deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Drive client acquisition efforts, oversee the onboarding of prospects, and work closely with Legal & Compliance to ensure a seamless due diligence process in line with regulatory standards.
- Engage in sales and advisory activities relating to crypto-financial services encompassing brokerage, trading, custodial services, and staking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Hold a university degree equivalent to a Bachelor's in Business or Finance, coupled with a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Relationship Manager in the financial sector in Germany or Austria. Previous exposure to the crypto-finance industry is beneficial.
- Possess a strong professional network within targeted client segments, covering institutions, high net-worth individuals, external asset managers & family offices, and private clients.
- Demonstrate expertise in Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
- Show drive, dedication, a sense of ownership, and excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to excel under pressure.
- Proficient in English and German languages, with knowledge of additional languages considered a plus.
