- The role of a Relationship Manager/VIP Accounts Manager (CIS) at OKX entails overseeing the account management aspect of the VIP retail program in the CIS region. In this role, you will collaborate with various internal teams, including regional and global growth divisions, product and engineering teams, and Business Intelligence units, while leading a regional sales team efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main contact for actively trading VIP clients.
- Strengthen relationships with existing customers through regular communication and understanding of their requirements.
- Aid users in navigating OKX's product range, VIP structure, and platform updates.
- Manage VIP upgrades and tailored product configurations.
- Drive revenue growth from entrusted accounts and support the expansion of business partnerships.
- Contribute to regional strategies aligned with company objectives and execute assigned plans promptly.
- Provide input to product development activities and collaborate with regional online and offline marketing efforts.
- Adhere to company directives and policies.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in account management within Cryptocurrency, Finance, FX, or related fields is preferred.
- Proficient in client management, organization, and boosting client engagement.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving ability with a data-driven approach.
- Familiarity with trading systems and API is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes.
- Exceptional communication skills and teamwork proficiency to engage with diverse teams.
- Fluency in English and native Russian is essential.
Desirable Skills:
- Past exposure to crypto exchanges is a plus.
- Experience working in diverse and cross-cultural environments.
