We are hiring a customer service representative to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels
Responsibilities:
Raising support tickets to enable tracking and resolution of customer requests
Investigating and resolving customer complaints then closing support tickets
Maintaining a database of customer information
Escalating inquiries to the appropriate team, when necessary
Checking product or service availability
Assisting customers with registration or account creation
Requirements:
High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Comfortable using computers.
