What You’ll Be Doing

• Strategy Planning: Drive the strategic development of OKX's CEFI Product through detailed research and analysis. Spearhead high-level initiatives to align various CEFI product teams with the overarching product vision.
• Industry Research: Lead research endeavors for the OKX CEFI Product team, exploring innovative technologies like AI and blockchain to stay ahead of market trends and competitors.
• Product Innovation: Introduce fresh perspectives and innovative concepts to help OKX seize opportunities in new markets and technologies, maintaining its position as a market leader. Promote a user-centered approach to cater to diverse user needs in retail and institutional markets.
• Local Market Growth: Collaborate with OKX's local market teams to monitor regulatory trends, user feedback, competition, and market dynamics. Drive product strategies customized to address user challenges in various local markets.
• Leadership: Guide the research and strategy team in setting OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and maintaining high standards of performance. Drive the creation of inventive ideas and strategies that positively impact CEFI product teams.

What We Look For In You

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Strategy & Research, preferably with a background in venture capital, management consulting, or large tech firms.
• Educational background from reputed institutions such as Ivy League schools, Harvard, NYU, Tsinghua, Peking, or other esteemed business schools (MBA).
• Ability to make informed decisions supported by comprehensive analysis, logical reasoning, and innovative thinking.
• The qualities of curiosity, determination, and a strong sense of ownership.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and present new product strategies and innovations to various CEFI product teams.
• Strong collaborative and management capabilities, with the capacity to work across teams, identify resources, and mobilize effectively.
