What you will be responsible for:
- Leading and providing guidance to a small team dedicated to enhancing global research frameworks/tools.
- Overseeing the development of our systematic trading platform, covering research frameworks/tools and production trading systems.

Requirements for success:
- Demonstrated experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring junior engineers.
- A minimum of 10 years in software development within a dynamic tech environment.
- Previous hands-on involvement in designing and deploying systematic trading systems, including low-latency trading engines/algorithms, research frameworks/pipelines, and their seamless integration.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, and/or C++ as a significant contributor.
- Exceptional skills in guiding software architecture decisions across the organization.
- Familiarity with Big Data technologies like Hadoop and Spark, along with machine learning tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
