Your Key Responsibilities:
Circle is seeking a detail-oriented intern with a passion for technology and a talent for visual storytelling. Your main focus will involve collaborating with the Revenue Operations team to ensure thorough documentation and creative representation of processes through visual maps. You will gain hands-on experience utilizing the top-tier CRM, Salesforce, making a significant impact on the success of Circle's Business Team.
What You Will Engage In:
- Mastering the administrative aspects of Salesforce, understanding the inner workings of business operations.
- Creating detailed process maps and documenting all operational workflows within Salesforce.
- Learning Salesforce configuration by working alongside experienced Salesforce administrators.
- Ensuring the Revenue Operations team has updated playbooks for all processes in our CRM.
Desired Qualifications:
- Passion for technology and operational processes.
- Strong written communication skills and a creative mindset.
- Preferred familiarity with tools like LucidChart or Figma, but not obligatory.
- Experience with CRMs such as Salesforce is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated interest in fintech or blockchain.
- Empathetic approach to understand team members' perspectives thoroughly.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Experience or familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite.
