Amid a phase of rapid growth, Genesis is in the process of expanding its go-to-market strategy (GTM) and associated tactics in Sales, Marketing, Client Success, and Partnerships. An effective Analyst will play a pivotal role in influencing and steering progress towards the key outcomes of growth and Client satisfaction. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive knowledge and experience within the SaaS industry while collaborating with experienced leaders and peers.
The ideal candidate is deeply motivated to learn and contribute across the entire Client lifecycle, taking responsibility for utilizing analytics, automation, and AI creatively to drive impactful outcomes and foster cultural changes. While gaining exposure to various aspects of the business and interacting with C-level executives, prioritization and a thorough understanding of actions that drive maximum impact are crucial.
Proactivity, thoughtful collaboration, and speed with context are highly valued as you work towards comprehensive understanding and informed decision-making. An action-oriented approach must be tempered with an emphasis on best practices pertinent to Genesis, derived from both internal and external sources.
Responsibilities:
- Ownership of crucial elements in the Client lifecycle such as lead progression, churn risk assessment, and expansion strategies.
- Delivering insights and analyzing key KPI trends at significant stages of the Client journey including conversion rates, high ROI lead sources, and drivers of churn risk.
- Providing support for essential operational processes including Sales productivity tools, deal operations, and commission management.
Salary Range: $75,000 - $80,000 annually

Qualifications:
Experience:
- 1+ years of experience in SaaS with exposure to top-of-funnel marketing, sales tactics, or post-sales services.
- Demonstrated progression of influence and responsibility in prior roles.
- Proficiency in handling top-of-funnel marketing and/or Client data.
- Experience translating data into actionable insights, compelling stories, and driving behavior change.
- Familiarity with roadmap development based on GTM strategies and data-driven insights.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis and manipulation, especially in Excel and potentially SQL.
- Experience creating sales, marketing, and revenue reports using CRM tools such as Salesforce and Hubspot.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools like Zapier, Fathom, and Rattle.
- Strong project management skills for various functions within the Revenue Operations team's scope.
