Role Overview

21Shares is looking for a Sales Associate to play a crucial role in supporting the German Sales team to drive sales growth. Working under the Head of Germany within a global and diverse culture, you will play a vital part in expanding the company’s assets under management (AUM) and broadening the client base. The primary focus of this role is to aid 21Shares in securing its position as a notable digital asset solution provider.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct prospecting and follow-ups through various communication channels
  • Build and cultivate customer relationships, gradually covering mid-tier and lower-tier clients
  • Address customer inquiries effectively and deliver superior client support
  • Update customer data in the CRM system to enhance customer experience continuously
  • Contribute to developing efficient client coverage models in different tiers
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to create sales materials and presentations
  • Manage incoming client requests via the team inbox and CRM
  • Offer support to other country teams as needed and contribute to a collaborative team environment

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of relevant industry experience in a similar capacity
  • Proficiency in building client relationships and achieving sales targets
  • In-depth knowledge of the German investment market, including major players, competitors, and products
  • Excellent client and sales-oriented approach, complemented by strong communication skills
  • Robust organizational capabilities and creative problem-solving abilities
  • Skilled in delivering engaging presentations
  • Interest and background in cryptocurrency, ETPs, and traditional finance
  • Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively with different organization units

Additional Requirements

  • Proficiency in both German and English languages
  • Knowledge of other languages is advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and experienced with CRM tools like HubSpot
  • Hold a university degree or equivalent qualification
