Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team and contribute to the growth of our business. The ideal candidate will have experience in the digital asset industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to qualify leads and develop sales opportunities.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will collaborate closely with our sales team and marketing department to expand our pipeline and generate interest in our offerings. You will be responsible for managing a pipeline of prospects and providing feedback to various departments to optimize our lead qualification process. In addition, you will play a vital role in building internal and external relationships to drive new prospects and enhance our reputation in the industry.

This role requires technical knowledge of digital assets and the ability to effectively communicate our core offerings. You should be a team player, have a strong drive to contribute to a market-leading company, and possess familiarity with the fintech or SaaS industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and engage prospects for different business lines to drive revenue growth.
  • Qualify leads and nurture warm prospects.
  • Identify new sales opportunities.
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline of prospects in our CRM system, sharing client feedback across departments.
  • Collaborate with various departments to improve lead qualification and conversation processes.
  • Provide timely and detailed progress reports to the sales team and management.
  • Build strong relationships both internally and externally to generate new prospects and enhance our company's reputation.
  • Share feedback from discovery calls with marketing team members to optimize demand generation efforts.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Sales Development Representative in the digital asset industry.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a fintech or SaaS company.
  • Self-starter with a strong drive to contribute to the growth of a market-leading company.
