Our client, a forward-thinking RegTech company founded in Hong Kong in 2016, specializes in cutting-edge KYC solutions driven by advanced technology. With successful partnerships in global banking, they are extending their services to asset management firms and payment solution providers.
As part of their growing business, they are looking for a Sales Development Representative to collaborate with the Sales Leader in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate should excel in business development, possess a proven track record in outbound prospecting, and revenue generation. This role offers a great opportunity to work closely with the Sales Leader and contribute to driving business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize CRM systems, strategic outreach, and effective communications to create new business opportunities and build strong client relations in various industries.
- Conduct thorough market analysis through professional networking platforms and business intelligence tools to engage with key stakeholders.
- Arrange productive meetings between potential clients and the sales team to encourage beneficial business discussions.
- Launch targeted outbound strategies to establish new business partnerships, especially focusing on senior decision-makers in IT, Operations, and Compliance sectors. Provide insights on KYC automation solutions and qualify business opportunities accurately.
- Maintain regular reporting on essential performance metrics to leadership, ensuring consistent achievement of sales objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience, showing a track record in lead generation and meeting revenue targets.
- Strong background in client engagement via multiple channels such as phone, email, and professional networking platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify client needs and offer innovative solutions.
- Demonstrated commitment to progressing into sales leadership roles and eagerness to take on more responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (at least 5 years in a relevant field).
- Knowledge of modern sales tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn, and Apollo is preferred.
- Fluency in Mandarin is essential, with proficiency in English and Cantonese.
