Role Overview:
As an intern within 21Shares, you will assist the Sales team in Switzerland, reporting to the Head of Switzerland. This dynamic role offers the chance to work in a diverse, global environment, aiding in the growth of assets under management and expanding the client base.
The position provides a platform for entry-level professionals to advance within the organization. You will play a vital role in bolstering 21Shares’ market presence in Switzerland and positioning it as a premier digital asset solution provider.
Responsibilities and Focus Areas:
- Utilize cold-calls, emails, and other communication methods for prospecting and client outreach
- Address customer queries promptly and maintain high standards of client service
- Keep customer records updated in the CRM system and contribute to enhancing customer interactions
- Assist in establishing effective client coverage for different service models
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales materials and presentations
- Manage incoming client inquiries through the team inbox/CRM
- Support other country teams as needed and foster a cohesive team culture

- Proficiency in (Swiss) German, English (French language skills are a plus)
