The Sales Operations team plays a crucial role in providing analytical and operational support for Ledger Enterprise, the B2B arm of Ledger. This team is responsible for guiding the process from lead generation to invoicing by offering market analysis, KPIs, and pricing insights.
Overview:
- Enhance operational procedures for Sales Teams across Ledger
- Produce accurate and efficient reports to senior management on various sales metrics
- Arm the sales team with necessary tools, reporting structures, and cadence to meet targets
- Streamline sales workflows by utilizing various platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.
- Manage post-sales contract activities and liaise with internal teams for compliance
- Maintain system integrations and relationships with essential tools and vendors
- Collaborate with sales managers to ensure accurate data flow within Salesforce
- Contribute to business review presentations and aid in onboarding new sales team members
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in operations, consulting, or financial services is preferred
- Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Tableau is advantageous
- Understanding of the financial industry with knowledge of the crypto sector is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage workload effectively
- Fluent in English, additional languages are beneficial
