Responsibilities
- Incidents and Issues Investigations Governance: Coordinate with various teams to pinpoint the root cause of incidents and issues, ensuring accountability and action plan follow-through.
- Process Improvement and Transformation: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for enhancement, prioritize important issues, and propose creative solutions.
- Process Oversight and Change Control Management: Manage operational processes affecting Sanctions Compliance, ensuring adherence to guidelines, and suggest necessary updates to alignment.
