Our organization is seeking a Senior Analyst, Compliance to join the Local Programs and Regulatory Compliance team. This team is responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations in the countries where we operate.

As a Senior Analyst, Compliance, you will play a crucial role in executing strategic projects to advance compliance priorities, risk and control management, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will focus on delivering high-priority compliance projects within the US and Canadian markets.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in audits and reviews of our AML Compliance program
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide support in issue resolution
  • Aid in the development and management of project plans for regulatory remediation efforts
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to facilitate remediation efforts
  • Prepare materials for presentations and project dashboards
  • Address escalations from external compliance personnel
  • Ensure clear and concise communication during the RFI process
  • Identify procedural opportunities and contribute to process improvements
  • Work on ad-hoc special projects as required

Requirements

Working closely with senior stakeholders from Product, Engineering, Growth, and Commercial teams, you will simplify complex legal concepts into clear instructions that facilitate swift and responsible business decisions.
