Description
Our organization is seeking a Senior Analyst for our Compliance team, tasked with ensuring adherence to local laws and regulations across our operating regions. The chosen candidate will play a critical role in executing key compliance projects focused on strategic advancements, risk management, regulatory requirements, and operational efficiency. This role will involve collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive essential compliance initiatives within the US and Canadian markets.
Responsibilities
- Assist in audits and evaluations of the AML Compliance program
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support issue resolution
- Contribute to the planning and oversight of regulatory remediation projects, including defining scope, timelines, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants for effective project execution and progress reporting
- Create materials for various purposes such as working groups, presentations, and project dashboards
- Address external compliance inquiries and escalations promptly and effectively
- Ensure clear and concise communication with customers during the RFI process
- Identify procedural enhancements and actively participate in promoting process improvements
- Undertake ad-hoc special projects as necessary
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience within the financial services sector
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail
- Proven success in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
