Senior Analyst, Digital Trust and Resilience
About the Role
Our company is looking for a Digital Trust and Resilience Senior Analyst to oversee technology risk assessment and security compliance activities globally. This role involves leading IT internal and external audit programs, managing ISO and SOC 2 certifications, and ensuring compliance to facilitate customer onboarding and regulatory audits. The position also includes organizing employee security awareness training on a global scale and automating evidence collection processes. The candidate will be responsible for identifying compliance gaps, supporting remediations, and providing technical guidance to business units.
The successful candidate will contribute to enhancing operational efficiencies in Digital Trust & Resilience through building AI automations, workflows, and agents. While AI expertise is not a requirement, a strong understanding of compliance risks and willingness to learn and apply AI tools are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute annual IT internal audits and external audits for ISO and SOC 2 certifications worldwide
- Conduct global employee security awareness and compliance training programs
- Automate evidence collection and compliance workflows to drive operational efficiency
- Participate in security assessments, external audits, and risk management activities
- Respond to security compliance inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct risk and control assessments and oversee remediation efforts
- Design and maintain control frameworks to meet international standards and local regulations
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize security compliance operations
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in information security, privacy, IT audit, or IT risk management
- Experience with IT internal and/or external audits, ISO certifications, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, cloud technologies, and data protection
- Proficiency in running compliance training programs for a global workforce
- Strong advantage of hands-on experience with evidence collection automation or compliance workflow AI tools
- Familiarity with working with external auditors and regulators
Preferred:
- Proficiency in English to engage with international counterparts and auditors
- Experience in security and privacy management in sectors like virtual assets, fintech, AI, online services, and global platforms
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CRISC, CISM, CISA, ISO 27001 LA, etc.
- Knowledge of global regulatory frameworks and experience managing regulator relationships
- Interest in Blockchain and AI technologies
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork
