About the Role:
Join Limit Break as a skilled backend systems software engineer within the Core Services team. As a senior team member, you will play a key role in shaping engineering practices, fostering a customer-centric culture, and driving innovation in blockchain technology.
Responsibilities:
- Architect, develop, and manage high-performance backend services for real-time online applications with a focus on security and scalability
- Write clean, reusable, and test-driven production code
- Define and advocate for best practices, processes, and API design for backend applications
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into actionable items and readily prototype new ideas
- Identify and implement new technologies, tools, and techniques to enhance workflow efficiency
- Provide mentorship and guidance to other engineers as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong background in backend/server-side development for high-scale services
- Proficiency in technologies like GO, Node.js, Python, or C#
- Familiarity with relational databases, Unix networking, Docker, and containerization
- Proven initiative, ownership mindset, and ability to tackle tasks proactively
Ideal Candidate Profile:
