Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance backend services for real-time fraud detection, transaction monitoring, and risk analysis.
- Establish and manage scalable microservices supporting risk assessment models and detection systems.
- Integrate machine learning models and risk scoring engines into backend systems.
- Implement real-time anomaly detection and alerts for suspicious activities.

Requirements:
- Over 3 years of experience in backend development, ideally in fintech, crypto, or high-traffic environments.
- Proficient in Java (Spring Boot) and relevant frameworks like multithreading and networking.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, Spring microservices, and Dubbo.
- Experience with SQL & NoSQL databases (e.g. MySQL, Redis, Hive, Starrocks).
- Familiarity with Graph databases such as Nebula or Neptune.
- Knowledge of message queues and streaming technologies, including Kafka and RabbitMQ.
- Ability to handle high-concurrency and low-latency applications with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Alicloud.
- Preferred experience in big data and machine learning, with a plus in risk management or anti-fraud systems.
- Excellent analytical and teamwork skills with a fast-learning and adaptive mindset.
