Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and support long-term business objectives by cultivating relationships with potential clients, agents, and partners.
- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies and campaigns to drive user expansion and increase transaction volume in the CIS region.
- Propose creative marketing ideas and product enhancements to fuel business growth and improve user experience in the region.
- Collaborate with the customer experience team to address complex orders, resolve issues, and assist with merchant inquiries.
- Monitor transactions, investigate suspicious activities, and report findings.
- Conduct market research to identify user needs, pinpoint product enhancement opportunities, and recommended business opportunities based on the local market landscape.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Stay updated on market trends, leverage growth opportunities, and present relevant insights (e.g., market comparison, business recommendations, local market news).
Requirements
- Hold a college degree or higher education qualification.
- Possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in business development and marketing within the crypto industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in blockchain, cryptocurrency, and P2P payments.
- Thorough understanding of P2P operations and the ability to build merchant trust through service excellence and daily management.
- Proficient in English and native Russian with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset.
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a solid work ethic.
