WHAT YOU NEED & THE ROLE

We are in search of a technically proficient business analyst who excels at problem-solving and plays a vital role in analyzing business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and supporting the development of innovative Genesis products. In this position, you will collaborate with customer IT teams, business users, and our internal development and product teams.

WHERE WE SEE THIS ROLE GOING

• Engage with clients to gather solution requirements, manage multiple projects, and gain a deep understanding of the client's business environment.
• Analyze and interpret client data accurately to reveal insights and identify opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Development teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and solution design.
• Drive engagement with clients and support sales efforts by participating in discussions, crafting responses to requests for proposals (RFPs), and assisting in proposal creation.

• Technical Expert: Demonstrated industry proficiency as a Business Analyst with at least 5 years of experience in financial/capital markets. Familiarity with Agile Software Development, business stakeholders collaboration, and flows associated with managing business operations across asset types.
