Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Business Development to join our team and contribute to our mission. In this role, you will be responsible for strategic planning, product development, marketing, branding, and partnerships. Working closely with our leadership team, your focus will be on expanding into new customer segments and partnerships while strengthening our operations. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in creating future strategic plans to enhance revenue streams.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead the growth of our business development department in financial services and infrastructure services
• Collaborate with the founding team to develop and execute strategic plans
• Identify and engage key partners in Web3 financial services and infrastructure services
• Build and maintain relationships with top financial services companies
• Ensure performance, strategy, and alignment across revenue-generating departments
• Strategically add new scalable partners to increase reach and efficiency
• Foster and inspire creative teams to uphold our culture of innovation
• Monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, making necessary adjustments for sustainable growth
• Analyze opportunities in the marketplace and provide competitive analysis, strategies, and tactics

Requirements for Success:

• Minimum of 3 years in leadership roles with a focus on driving revenue growth
• Proven track record of increasing revenue through new product development, marketing, branding, and partnerships
• Experience in developing and executing business strategies
• Strong general management and P&L experience
• Ability to craft and execute effective business strategies
• Decision-making ability based on key business metrics
• Inspirational leadership style with a hands-on approach
