Overview
Our client, a tech company based in China, is looking for a qualified professional with expertise in new business development in Dubai. They are focused on expanding their software solutions in the region and require someone with a robust real estate network and experience in selling software as a service (SaaS). Proficiency in the Chinese language would be advantageous for this inaugural role in the Middle East.
Responsibilities
- Understand the needs of potential clients and partners in the Middle East, identify market demands and industry trends, expand networks, and create and execute sales strategies.
- Discover and cultivate new market opportunities, develop expansion plans tailored to local demands, and collaborate with internal teams and international partners to drive growth.
- Cultivate and manage client relationships globally, address feedback, coordinate solutions internally, and enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor customer feedback and market trends, devise growth strategies based on data insights, and adjust business direction and strategies promptly.
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners to drive localized product development, establish a robust partner network, and enhance brand impact and market competitiveness.
- Ensure adherence to sales and profit targets, develop and implement sales plans, oversee sales performance, and optimize strategies as needed.
- Spearhead the company's entry and expansion into the Middle East market from the initial stages.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher with over 5 years of experience in ecosystem business development with reputed platform vendors or marketing and development experience with international real estate enterprises.
- Proficient in spoken and written English, with familiarity of Middle East markets, sales channels, and business dynamics.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a knack for effective collaboration with partners and stakeholders.
- Capable of working in a diverse environment, handling high-pressure tasks independently, and being adaptable in challenging situations.
- Demonstrates innovative thinking, proactive work ethic, strong learning ability, and analytical prowess.
- Proficient in teamwork, capable of managing cross-functional teams to ensure business growth aligns with set goals and timelines.
