Responsibilities:

Circle is in search of a dynamic Senior Campaigns Manager based in the United States, tasked with formulating and executing strategic marketing initiatives on a global scale encompassing diverse audiences, platforms, and regions. This pivotal role involves spearheading the international marketing blueprint, amplifying the brand and product footprint worldwide. The position entails strategic planning, market insight, and innovative campaign execution, collaborating across departments to engage audiences globally and drive business growth.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to elevate brand visibility internationally.
  • Create country-specific marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee localization of marketing content for diverse regions ensuring cultural relevance.
  • Conduct market research for tailored strategies informed by insights into consumer behavior and market dynamics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to synchronize marketing efforts and facilitate global business expansion.
  • Efficiently manage marketing budgets to optimize ROI and attain strategic objectives.
  • Measure and analyze marketing performance to finetune strategies for continuous enhancement.
  • Drive performance marketing activities across various channels for bolstered customer acquisition and retention.

Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of Global Marketing experience, particularly in B2B Influencer Marketing and Partner Marketing.
  • Proficiency in B2B campaign design, analysis, and scaling, with a focus on impactful message development.
  • Demonstrated success in crafting and executing effective marketing strategies across diverse markets.
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing tools including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills to engage stakeholders effectively and foster results.
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Profound accountability for executing multi-channel initiatives and programs.
  • Proficiency with tools like 6Sense, Seismic, HubSpot, Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel for work assignments.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English, with additional language fluency considered beneficial.

Additional Details:

  • Note: Suitable candidates may be eligible for day-one PERM sponsorship.
  • Compensation* factors include experience, qualifications, and business requirements. Salary range: $160,000 - $207,500.
