What Your Duties Entail: We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Campaigns Manager based in the United States to conceptualize and implement our international marketing initiatives across diverse audiences, channels, and regions. This role is pivotal in shaping the global marketing strategy and broadening the reach of our brand and products worldwide. The ideal candidate will possess strategic thinking, extensive market knowledge, and a flair for developing cutting-edge marketing campaigns. The Senior Global Marketing Manager will collaborate with multifunctional teams to execute targeted strategies, from influencer marketing to performance marketing, engaging audiences at a global scale. Responsibilities will include defining the marketing roadmap for Circle's expansion in key countries through market analysis, localization efforts, and close internal cooperation.

Your To-Do List:

  • Foster influencer marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and engagement globally.
  • Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns tailored to different countries to support business objectives.
  • Supervise the localization and translation of marketing assets to ensure effective communication across regions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics, informing marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with teams in demand generation, product marketing, and beyond to align marketing efforts and accelerate business growth worldwide.
  • Efficiently manage marketing budgets to maximize returns and accomplish set marketing goals.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics for optimizing global marketing initiatives and enhancing strategies continuously.
  • Drive performance marketing campaigns through various channels to enhance customer acquisition and retention.

What You'll Contribute to Circle:

  • Over 12 years of experience in Global Marketing, B2B Influencer Marketing, or Partner Marketing preferred.
  • Expertise in developing and executing effective global marketing campaigns with proven success.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Strong collaboration skills to engage effectively with cross-functional leaders and drive impactful outcomes.
  • Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ownership of multi-channel market initiatives with accountability for success.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Experience with tools like 6Sense, Seismic, HubSpot, Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Proficiency in oral and written English; bilingualism is advantageous.

Additional Details:

Conduct product demos at events, and share feedback and insights back with the Brave marketing team
Promote Brave to your fellow peers through social media
Share specific sign-up links to drive Brave downloads and usage at your school
Participate in pre-event communication and post-event feedback reports
Stay in communication through one-on-one meetings or Slack conversations weekly with team leads

Must be enrolled in at least 50% of in-person classes
