Senior Compliance Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Utilize expertise in compliance operational management to address complex issues related to onboarding, offboarding, and banking relationships
• Analyze organizational issues collaboratively with stakeholders to develop comprehensive solutions and drive organization-wide initiatives
• Implement strong statistical analysis to identify trends, conduct root cause analysis, and monitor performance
• Manage Compliance Operations effectively to ensure successful delivery of critical projects 
• Lead and oversee delivery of compliance projects
• Act as the central coordinating function for Operations across all local and global compliance operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in multinational compliance operations leadership with deep knowledge of global compliance regulations 
• Must have regulatory experience either as an auditor/regulator or on the corporate side
• FinTech experience is required; crypto experience is a bonus
• Highly adaptable, self-driven, and able to deliver results under pressure
• Proven track record of working with large remote teams and managing C-suite confidently
• Ability to drive and deliver quality risk assessments, remediations, reviews, and due diligence projects globally
• Preferred certifications include ACAMS/CAMS/CCAS/ICA or equivalent
• Motivated with a growth mindset, adaptable to opportunities, and challenging environments
• Strong time management, organizational, and relationship-building skills
• Knowledgeable on provisions of crypto/fiat licensed entities local laws, directives, regulations, and standards
• Understanding of upcoming virtual currency policy regulations is advantageous
• Experience in executing enterprise-level remediation exercises and regulatory monitorships is a strong plus
