Senior CRM MarTech Associate/ CRM MarTech Manager
Responsibilities:
Lead the management of MarTech tools such as CDP, engagement platform, analytics, and data pipelines for predictions, overseeing the roadmap for their development and usage.
Manage CDP connections including data warehouse, analytics, ad platforms, and engagement tools to ensure data quality and reliability.
Analyze customer behavior and transaction data to identify key segments, triggers, and opportunities for personalized communication and upselling.
Develop retention dashboards and explore opportunities through LLMs and MCP extensions to enhance team analytics capabilities.
Establish and maintain audience definitions and segments within the CDP for acquisition, retention, and experimentation purposes.
Create tracking plans and event taxonomies to capture essential customer behaviors across various products and platforms.
Collaborate with Data teams to define metrics and dashboards for evaluating the effectiveness of CRM initiatives.
Draft API requirements and payload specifications for MarTech integrations.
Implement templating/scripting methods to enable dynamic content and intricate personalization logic in CRM campaigns.
Update documentation (PRDs, specs, tracking plans, data flows) regularly for all CRM initiatives
Work closely with Growth, Product, and Engineering teams to design lifecycle strategies that improve customer experience, activation, and retention in prediction markets.
Translate business objectives into clear lifecycle goals, test plans, and KPIs.
Requirements:
4-7 years of practical experience managing Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and CRM tools in a fast-growing setting.
Familiarity with modern AI technologies and ability to lead AI agents and sub-agents to support operations.
Demonstrated success in enhancing retention, engagement, and customer lifetime value through the use of advanced technologies.
Experience collaborating with growth and product teams on experimentation, funnel optimization, and lifecycle programs particularly in seasonal sporting environments.
Proficient in SQL with the capability to query extensive and intricate datasets, create audience definitions, and conduct self-service analysis.
Knowledge of sporting events, sportsbooks, and options trading is highly desirable.
