Senior /CRM Specialist (9 month contract)
A company is in need of a senior or CRM specialist for a temporary period of 9 months to assist in managing various communication channels for their emerging e-commerce platform. Duties will involve enhancing user engagement and retention through channels like push notifications, email, and in-browser messages.
The chosen candidate will be working under the guidance of the CRM Manager and collaborating closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and creative departments. The role necessitates a strong comprehension of the company's product, the ability to pinpoint customer interactions, and provide actionable solutions to address customer requirements. An ideal applicant should demonstrate exceptional research and communication skills, possess a sharp eye for detail, strong organizational abilities, and competence in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with different departments for the development of effective go-to-market strategies
- Support the CRM Manager in implementing CRM and campaign initiatives
- Manage various aspects of user lifecycles such as segmentation, automation, optimization, evaluation, and reporting
- Enhance platform retention, user loyalty, engagement, and usage metrics, including daily active users/monthly active users and purchase metrics
- Conduct analysis and improvement of CRM efforts through A/B testing
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in growth, marketing, CRM, or business analytics roles
- Proficiency with CRM tools like Braze, Hubspot, or Salesforce is mandatory
- Well-versed in digital assets, trading, and derivatives
- Interest and familiarity with financial news is preferred
- Skilled in campaign delivery and automation management with rigorous A/B testing
- Strong command of English; knowledge of Mandarin is a plus
- Excellent project management and communication capabilities
- Demonstrates strong ownership, responsibility, and commitment to the assigned tasks
