The desired individual should possess a solid understanding of educating online consumers in a developing field, displaying high engagement, adaptability, and quick decision-making capabilities. The candidate should also demonstrate a keen interest in resolving complex issues, addressing concerns for both collectors and internal teams. Experience in crypto, startups, email, chat, and messaging support is valued for delivering top-notch service to users.

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently handle a variety of support requests from different user groups, including mainstream users, developers, and technology enthusiasts.
  • Advocate for the collector’s needs within the organization to ensure feedback and issues are addressed promptly.
  • Collaborate with various teams to proactively test new product developments and preempt potential support challenges.
  • Enhance support documentation and internal processes to reduce the workload and provide uninterrupted experiences for collectors.

Requirements:

  • Prior customer success experience of at least 3 years, specifically in engaging online consumers, preferably within the crypto or startup sectors.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high proficiency in English.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like Zendesk and working in fast-paced support environments managing email and chat queues.
  • Ability to absorb and retain a vast amount of evolving details and derive satisfaction from connecting the dots.
  • Ideal if already involved in the crypto and web3 community, possess knowledge of the cryptocurrency space, or have experience in new-tech domains.

Candidates must be prepared for a flexible schedule, catering to a global audience, which includes non-traditional working hours, weekends, and holidays. This role is based in the Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia office.
