Responsibilities
- Plan, design, deliver, and promote the Customer Service bot data analysis
- Establish an efficient analysis and reporting system to help internal teams interpret key metrics, identify weaknesses, and propose actionable steps
- Work closely with various teams like PM, data engineering, and Customer Service operations to meet product goals
- Regularly assess customer service bot KPIs and user cases to derive insightful information for enhancing products and operations
Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience; Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative or engineering discipline with relevant professional work experience
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in common analytical tools like SQL, R, and Python
- Hands-on experience with at least one data visualization tool (such as Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI)
- Familiarity with managing large datasets and big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, Presto, Hive
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and prioritize tasks
- Strong business acumen and logical thinking with the capability to synthesize information and identify patterns
- Previous experience in customer service data analysis and AI bot analysis is advantageous
