Senior Data Analyst, Financial Reporting

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with business partners to understand their needs and develop financial reports, metrics, dashboards, and tools for data visualization.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
• Utilize data visualizations to communicate analytic results to a wide range of stakeholders.
• Build scalable automation solutions using SQL, Tableau, and other tools.
• Effectively communicate business insights and data through clear and structured communication.
• Develop problem-solving, quantitative analytics, and communication skills.

Requirements for this role:

• A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate issues clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to navigate complex and ambiguous business requirements.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, thriving in a fast-paced environment, and driving impact.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or similar BI tools.

For our Senior Data Analyst (III) position, we are looking for:

• 4+ years of industry experience in data analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis.
• Good understanding of statistics and applying them to solve business problems.
• Domain experience in financial services, business banking, product analytics, marketing, developer ecosystem, or risk analytics.

And for our Lead Data Analyst (IV) position, we require:

• 8+ years of industry experience in data analytics.
• Expertise in SQL for data analysis.
• Deep understanding of statistics and expertise in solving business problems using statistical methods.
• Domain expertise in financial services, business banking, product analytics, marketing, developer ecosystem, or risk analytics.
