Overview:

We are in search of a Senior Data Analyst to contribute to shaping our market approach and driving product growth through valuable insights derived from data. Reporting to the Head of Data and collaboratively working with the Growth Team, the ideal candidate must possess a blend of business acumen and technical skills crucial for effective market strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Growth and Product teams to grasp their requirements, translate them into data needs, and leverage data insights for informed decision-making in alignment with the go-to-market strategy.
• Aid stakeholders in using data for daily tasks, offering actionable suggestions based on thorough analyses.
• Utilize tools like SQL, Python, Amplitude, and Looker to conduct data analysis, exploring meaningful patterns and connections to understand markets and customer behaviors.
• Summarize findings and convey them effectively through visualizations and storytelling.
• Address the reporting demands of the organization, from ad-hoc requests by the Growth Team to routine financial and regulatory reports.
• Maintain the quality, reliability, and precision of all reports and analyses.
• Continuously enhance data-related processes, including report automation, data quality assurance, and advanced analytical techniques.

Requirements:

• Advanced skills in SQL and Python, with proven expertise in data analysis, particularly within marketing and product growth domains.
• Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools: Amplitude, Google Analytics, and Looker.
• Profound knowledge in data modeling and wrangling, accompanied by statistical proficiency such as probability distributions, hypothesis testing, and regression analysis.
• Strong business understanding, including customer-centric orientation, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving proficiencies.
• Methodical and logical approach with precision and attention to detail.
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with GCP products and services like BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Vertex AI would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with fintech or crypto markets is a bonus.
