Senior DataOps Engineer - MainApp infrastructure
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and enhancing software for various venture projects. These projects are closely related to our core businesses and require quick development with a lean team. As part of this role, you will actively contribute to designing different components for scalable applications, spanning from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of Hadoop, Spark, Flink, Clickhouse, and other big data platforms to ensure system stability and data security.
- Manage and administer Linux systems, possessing expertise in common commands and scripting with Shell, Python, or similar languages.
- Handle big data components on cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure, with practical experience in container technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker.
- Establish and maintain monitoring systems to monitor platform performance, optimize configurations and resource allocation, and troubleshoot performance issues using tools like Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, and Zabbix.
- Deploy, upgrade, and scale core big data components, including Flink, Kafka, Spark, Impala, Clickhouse, and Kudu.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for operations, and support platform solution design and upgrades.
- Explore and implement new technologies to enhance operational processes and offer technical guidance to assist client teams in enhancing their capabilities.
- Preferably have experience in the development of n8n workflow.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in CDH/CDP/HDP or similar Hadoop distributions, with demonstrated experience in big data platform operations preferred.
- Skilled in Linux administration and scripting (Shell, Python, or equivalent).
- Experience working with major cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure, as well as containerized environments like Kubernetes and Docker.
- Strong understanding of big data components and performance tuning to independently resolve stability and scalability issues.
- Proficient in technical writing and communication to support documentation and solution delivery.
- Self-motivated with a keen interest in new technologies, capable of applying innovative approaches to optimize operations and enhance efficiency.
