About The Role

Chainlink Labs is on the lookout for a skilled and experienced Senior Presentation & Diagram Designer to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to craft visually appealing and compelling diagrams and presentations that encapsulate the founder’s vision for Chainlink. The ideal candidate should possess a strong design acumen, storytelling skills, and experience in creating engaging presentations for diverse audiences. In collaboration with the marketing and leadership teams, including the Chief Executive, you will ensure that all presentations—internal and external—are aligned with the brand and meet audience requirements.

The key focus of this role will be designing diagrams and presentations using Google Slides, Keynote, and PPT, both online and offline. Proficiency in creating templates and familiarity with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator are also valuable skills required for this role.

This position demands a motivated and seasoned Senior Designer who can deliver quality work under pressure and within tight deadlines. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability to work harmoniously with senior stakeholders while maintaining a proactive and positive approach. Additionally, critical thinking and understanding of audience interactions with presented content are essential for success in this role.

Objectives of this Role

• Design intricate diagrams that embody ideas from the project founder, internal content team, or executives, with options for creative direction and meticulous technical accuracy.
• Develop high-quality Google Slide & Keynote templates for internal and external presentations, emphasizing blockchain technology.
• Produce top-notch design elements, including detailed graphics and animations.
• Engage with internal teams to contribute ideas on presentation strategy and design concepts.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure presentation content alignment.
• Manage and deliver multiple projects on time.
• Establish trusted partnerships within Chainlink Labs.
• Uphold and contribute to brand guidelines.
• Stay abreast of current creative software skills and trends.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of graphic design/presentation design experience.
• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing technical/process diagrams and impactful presentations.
• Proficiency in motion design and/or UX design.
• Experience in creating detailed technical and process designs.
• Passion for simplifying technical processes into compelling and easy-to-understand narratives.
• Ability to work independently, show initiative, and take ownership of projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Google Slides, Keynote, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator, along with efficient media file sharing.
• Experience in designing clear, concise, and visually appealing infographics.
• Strong attention to detail across various media platforms.
• Efficiently manage tight deadlines and work with cross-functional teams.
• Goal-oriented with a collaborative mindset, open to feedback.
• Occasional international travel may be required.
• Interest or experience in blockchain, preferably with knowledge of Chainlink.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a remote, cross-functional design team.
• Understanding of branding and company identity, with experience in developing and enforcing Style Guidelines.
• Background in working with senior stakeholders to identify needs, define project requirements, and manage expectations and risks.
