(Senior) DevOps Engineer -Blockchain Security

We are looking for a team member to engage in the design, creation, maintenance, and enhancement of software for various projects related to our core businesses. These projects are initiated quickly with a streamlined team. Your role will involve actively participating in the design of different components for scalable applications, covering frontend UI to backend infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and provide support for blockchain infrastructure.
• Assess and suggest configurations for blockchain software and network setup of nodes operating the blockchain software.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of Blockchain technology, particularly public Blockchain.
• Develop and share insights on security risks associated with various blockchain technologies.
• Establish and maintain the team's ongoing DevOps lifecycle and automation.
• Design and upkeep cloud computing workloads while managing cloud security postures.
• Encourage software engineers and system administrators with an interest in blockchain, automation, or infrastructure to apply.

Requirements:

• Possession of a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in DevOps, system administration, or a related area; candidates with less experience may be considered for a Junior role.
• Essential to have working or project experience in the Web 3/Cryptocurrency/Blockchain domain.
• Proficiency in deploying on various cloud platforms like Azure, Google, and Amazon.
• Experience in constructing, deploying, and maintaining monitoring tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.
• Familiarity with deploying and maintaining container infrastructures like Kubernetes and Docker.
• Competence in deploying and maintaining logging tools such as Fluentd, Elasticsearch, and Kibana.
• Ability to develop and deploy infrastructures as code using tools like Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, Ansible, among others.
• Basic knowledge of blockchain (experience in deploying blockchain is a plus).
• Sound understanding of traditional security operations areas including Linux, Networking, Firewall, IDS/IPS.
• Capable of troubleshooting and resolving issues systematically, demonstrating a methodical approach to root cause analysis.
• Keen to continuously learn from both successes and failures, staying open to change and continuous improvement.
• Enthusiastic about blockchain's future and comfortable tackling ambiguity.
