Senior DevOps Engineer (Exchange)
We are a dynamic team dedicated to the design, development, maintenance, and enhancement of software for various projects that align closely with our core businesses and are accelerated with a lean team. Your role will primarily involve contributing to the design of scalable applications, encompassing frontend UI as well as backend infrastructure.
As a DevOps Engineer, you will tackle a myriad of technically challenging problems, guiding the design and coding of features, and closely collaborating with multiple departments within the organization. You will participate in all stages of the product development lifecycle, ranging from conceptualizing innovative product enhancements to refining details just before product launches.
Responsibilities:
- Create tools for application and performance monitoring
- Contribute to system architecture design
- Develop and implement cloud infrastructure following Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles
- Enhance and manage Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Design and execute Disaster Recovery and backup solutions
- Automate and optimize operations and processes
- Communicate effectively, escalate issues as needed, and ensure timely resolution
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes
- Experience in establishing CI/CD pipelines for large-scale enterprise applications
- Proficiency in monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana
- Familiarity with logging systems such as Fluentbit and Elasticsearch/OpenSearch
- Background in maintaining high-availability, low-latency crypto exchanges is a bonus
- Sound knowledge of Linux and network concepts
- Experience with GitOps utilizing ArgoCD is advantageous
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in DevOps and AWS
- Proficiency in coding with an emphasis on writing maintainable code
- Passion for working in technology and/or financial sectors
- Excellent communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders
