Senior DevOps Engineer (Exchange)

Job Summary:

We are looking to add a DevOps Engineer to our team that focuses on designing, developing, maintaining, and enhancing software for multiple ventures projects. You will play a key role in designing various components for scalable applications, covering both frontend UI and backend infrastructure. This dynamic role involves working on challenging technical issues, collaborating closely with different functions within the organization, and being engaged in all stages of the product development process.

Responsibilities:

• Develop tools for application and performance monitoring.
• Contribute to system architecture design.
• Deploy cloud infrastructure following Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) best practices.
• Enhance and manage Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipeline.
• Design and implement Disaster Recovery and backup solutions.
• Automate and streamline operations and processes.
• Effectively communicate, escalate issues, and follow up to ensure prompt problem resolution.

Requirements:

• Proficient in AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with building large-scale enterprise application CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of monitoring systems like Prometheus and Grafana, and logging systems like Fluentbit and ElasticSearch/OpenSearch.
• Experience in maintaining high-availability and low-latency crypto exchange is a plus.
• Familiarity with Linux and Network Concepts.
• Experience with GitOps using ArgoCD is an advantage.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in DevOps and AWS.
• Strong coding ability to produce maintainable code.
• Interest in working in technology and financial environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
