Senior DevOps Engineer (Exchange /Trading Platforms)

We are seeking a skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing software for various ventures projects that complement our core business. You will be integral in driving the design of scalable applications, ranging from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will encounter technically demanding challenges, taking the lead on designing and coding features while collaborating closely with different functions within the organization. You will play a key role throughout the entire product development process, contributing from conceptualization to product launch.

Responsibilities:

• Develop monitoring tools for application performance.
• Contribute to system architecture design.
• Deploy cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IAC) practices.
• Enhance and manage Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Design and implement Disaster Recovery and backup solutions.
• Automate and optimize operations and processes.
• Communicate effectively and escalate issues to ensure prompt resolution.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes is essential.
• Proven track record in building CI/CD pipelines for large-scale enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with monitoring systems such as Prometheus and Grafana.
• Experience with logging systems like Fluentbit and Elasticsearch/OpenSearch.
• Prior experience maintaining high-availability and low-latency crypto exchanges is a plus.
• Proficiency in Linux and network concepts.
• Exposure to GitOps with ArgoCD is preferable.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in DevOps and AWS.
• Strong coding abilities to deliver maintainable code.
• Demonstrated interest in working in technology and financial environments.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
