The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced DevOps/Infrastructure Engineer at Jito Labs to take charge of our deployment, reliability, and systems automation stack. By leading by example, you will establish infrastructure standards, fostering an engineering culture that prioritizes reliability, automation, and repeatability.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

• Designing and enforcing idiomatic infrastructure deployment patterns
• Developing mechanisms for safe migrations, automated rollbacks, and canarying
• Extending and automating CI/CD pipelines to prevent outages and enhance reliability
• Overseeing infrastructure as code architecture to reduce drift and eliminate manual server alterations
• Enhancing the reproducibility of bare-metal and containerized setups
• Augmenting observability across our telemetry stack

• Possess extensive experience in crafting CI/CD pipelines, automated release processes, and seamless deployments with zero downtime

Salary Range: $180,000 - $230,000 per year
